Takealot Terrible Service

I placed an order on Takealot on the 23rd of September, 2025. When it came to the payment section.. I opted to pay with my Takealot credit. To my dismay and error popped up, stating that there was a login error:We are experiencing authentication issues-please try again.

I have done this numerous times from numerous devices; cleared cache, restarted devices and have a stable wifi connection.

And I get the same error everytime.

I reported it via their portal and received a response only to be told that the technical team is probably working on it.

I tried again today and sent a response through..but I am so disappointed by the service as the situation is still not resolved.

I hope that their team is reading this...absolutely appalling.
