Takealot terrible delivery system

No accountability, no communication and they just dont care. The delivery team and the driver just don't respect fheir wodk. I waited for my headboard since 09h00 when they said i should be home. It is few min before 20h00 and no communication from the driver. I called the takealot and i was told to be patient because the driver has alot of deliveries. I have to be at work tomorrow and they just don't communicate. It is so disappointing
