TAKEALOT - TERRIBLE DELIVERY & CUSTOMER CARE

Where do I begin?????

I order a TV bracket, wall mount with a swivel arm and a TV using my bucks. They send the wrong bracket (this one is flat) and doesn't even closely resemble what I ordered, I pay for the express overnight option. Then the TV they sent is faulty, so I return this a few days later. They credit my ebucks account with a lesser amount than they are supposed to, close to R1 000 in fact, then they still have the audacity to keep monies back for delivery fees!!!!!! Takealot your quality is 3rd rate Chinese garbage, and your delivery leaves much to be desired..... THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!! Just by the way, good luck in finding a way to contact ANYONE at this company...... Never again
