TAKEALOT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed a order on 24/9. Today I was informed that the delivery will be tomorrow, but the can't get 1 of the items as it is out of stock so my takealot account will be credited with that amount. I send a e-mail just to get automated responce that they don't work via a e-mail system😡😡😡. I don't want my order delivered untill this item has been added or the money for that item has been paid back to me. I DON'T want the credit, I paid cash upfront so want all my goods, or a cash refund!
