TakeAlot - Terrible Customer Service

Total Disaster Purchased this fan 2 months ago and returned it within 14 days. One of the major assembly poles/components was missing from the box upon receipt. I am still battling 2 months later to get a refund or a replacement fan. Spend a fortune of time and airtime daily holding for assistance to resolve this matter with TakeAlot customer care. 2 months later I am without a promised call back from a supervisor, a resolution , a refund or a replacement. Will NEVER purchase another GOLDAIR product again!!! TAKEALOT I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS ! VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT !
