Takealot Terrible customer service

Trying to get hold of someone at customer service is like trying to extract water from a stone. Been trying for 2 days to get hold of someone regarding my order. Wasted almost sixty rand worth of airtime waiting on hold to get through. Another pathetic company to deal with. Absolutely gross. I should take my business to Amazon. I hope Amazon crushes Takealot soon.
