Takealot terrible courier

I think it's Takealot's courier, not themselves, but it amounts to the same thing. We've used takealot for years and they've been great. Recently, two of our orders have been lost (one of which they cancelled and credited our takealot account, not us personally), the other they've reshipped nearly two months after order. A third order took a month to arrive. A fourth order was delivered to our post office where they informed the recipient that two, small and expensive items marked on their delivery would come with the next delivery; it has been a mission to follow this up even with management but they have reshipped those items.

We'll be using our credit and then ceasing our patronage until we hear they've changed courier!
