TAKEALOT TEAM - Don't count on them for Christmas Cheer!!

I deactivated my credit card due to my handbag being ******. I should have had it delivered to me over a week ago via the TAKEALOT delivery team. According to my FNB Branch there should have been no problem. I specifically asked the delivery team to be at my house between a certain time (they obviously refused or ignored the request and called me when I specifically said I worked, where I am not allowed on my phone). After numerous attempts to call TAKEALOT back (they never have operators available) I literally hang on for 15 min at one stage, I finally spoke to two operators seperately who both assured me of delivery within the next 1-3 working days. This did not happen. I know have numerous subscriptions (one of which my treasured i-tunes account) in arrears and my account frozen. Thanx TAKEALOT for making my end of year more stressful, aggravating and unnecessarily tense.
