Takealot team don't care!

One of takealot driver didn't stop on a 4 way stop, he hit my car and huge damaged. I am trying to find out when are they paying my car they said they don't know, only relying to their insurance and they cant give the details of a person who is handling my claim because i wanted to know if they are going to give me a car until they fix my car. That's said from a big company like takealot with their aggressive drivers on the road.
