Takealot team can not do simple math.

I have been ordering from Takealot for several years. But lately their service leaves much to be desired. This last issue was the straw that broke the Carmel's back. Ordered a 2 pack of solar lights in October. They were delivered and one was damaged on the inside. I logged a return, they then delivered a double pack and collected the one damaged light back. I told the driver that he should take back the one light of the two pack. He said he couldn't and that he would log it. A week later the extra light was collected. The replacement light turned out to be faulty too! I logged a return again, they then collected it. Now, after countless emails and calls they refuse to replace the faulty light as they want the double pack returned. Bearing in mind they are incapable it seems of simple mathematics. Although I doubt that they would look into this as I see Takealot does not bother to respond to previous complaints on this platform! Each time I have had to get maintenance in to install these solar outside flood lights, so each time I need to pay someone for the labor. Then it's faulty, pay someone to take it down. Replaced, pay someone to install. Faulty, pay someone to take down. I have explained this to the Takealot team at nauseum. No comprehension thus far.
