Takealot team are *****sters

Hello Peter On the 14th of march I received my package from takealot.com and when it had arrived I was still at work so I asked my sister to receive it for me. When I got back I realized that todii bag I ordered thinking it was same size as cadii bag was small.

So on the very same day (the 14th) I made the return policy thing for the back. I didn't see its packaging(old and dirty plastic cover) as a problem since all my focus was on the size.

The package got picked up on the 15th. Few days later takealot team returned my package and sent me an email stating that I damaged the packaging of the todii bag so they won't be able to help me.

I even gave pictures of the product being in the same condition it was received with.

Please help me to get back my money from takealot.com 🙏🙏🙏😢
