Takealot team

Been struggling with takealot for about a week now, bought my dad a Father’s Day gift from takealot and all was fine till the package arrived. The package arrived incomplete as well as some of the items wasn’t what was advertised. I contacted takealot immediately but was not assisted in the slightest, just told to return the package and they will see what they can do but i would not have a gift for my dad for Father’s Day, obviously they don’t care about that. I then mailed takealot about the situation but that just turned out to be worse, ive been going back an forth with takealot via email for almost a week and they just keep asking for the same information over and over again as if they are trying to agitate me to just forget about it and leave them alone! Now at 9pm at night they send me a mail saying that a driver will collect the package tomorrow for a return, i never requested a return, its now a day after Father’s Day and my dad has yet to use the gift i got him. So thank you takealot for ruining Father’s Day and obviously not giving a damn about your customer and thank you for the utter lack of assistance to your customer!
