Takealot talking lies, Disappointed.

I placed an order on 17/03/2023 and the delivery date promised was 18/03/2023 which is today. I waited the whole day, cancelled all my plans and all I get is lies, they they tried to call me but I was unavailable. This is the message below:

"We tried to deliver your order today, but couldn't. Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule."

I have been on my phone the whole day and no calls whatsoever
