Takealot taking us for an essential ride

Ok I think Takealot is taking us and the goverment for a ride - I need labels that we use to mark access security fobs - the item I was looking for it was strangely marked as not for sale as it is non-essential. I pointed out to them that I can order other labels and stickers e.g. gold stars, neon stars etc. They then said it is because the labels is on a roll. But they do sell the Brother TZ labels on a roll and CRAFT LABEL MAKER labels in delightful colors like bronze, pearl & whatever on rolls. No they flip flop they can't sell it but maybe they don't have it - but they cant even confirm that since it is a label on a roll. But I can by any other label that doesn't fit my machine & or is on an A4/5 since they decided that one label type is not allowed. I can also buy Lip Shimmer , and just about everything else.

Best is help desk won't escalate it to someone that can understand that I'm asking.
