Takealot taking the warranty exchanges to the next level.

I ordered Christmas presents on Takealot, as I do every single year. I start my shopping in October and I make sure to have it all done by November the latest as I don't have the patients for shopping I'm December time. Every single year majority of my shopping is done through Takealot.

This year was no different. One of the many ordered I placed this Gestive Season was for T shirts. I wrapped them and gifted them as Christmas gifts. I logged returns for them on Christmas day, as none of the sizes fit.

Takealot is now not prepared to refund my Takealot account, or even exchange the shirts for bigger sizes. They claim that imnnow 39 days of a 30 day exchange policy. Not to mention that the items have a 6 month warranty advertised on their site.

For someone who spends monthly on their app, this type of treatment I find to be unreasonable.

What a shame.
