Takealot taking people for a P.

Literally the worst ever. They dont bother to follow up nor do they even apologise for their mistake. Our complaints falls on death ears. Since the 13th Mar till today the 4 April they just keeping you on the line for 30mins or linger, till you want to give up. A simple refund is turning into a nightmare more me. Wouldn't recommend them at all at this point. Spoke to 9 people and yet they are all clueless on how to do their job. They keep escalatithe issue but nothing ever comes from it. They so bad they dont even comment on here to solve the issue.
