Takealot taking on ANC policies

I order items on TakeAlot and paid for the delivery. The delivery waa scheduled for Thursday 27 November. Suddenly I received a notification that delivery waa cancelled because they couldn’t get ahold of the person that is receiving the package which is complete nonsense as the person is at home and never received calls or notifications. I reported it using a useless email address and the person said they tried calling which is a lie. I even gave my contact details so that they can communicate but nothing happened. Now the items have been returned, my money not refunded and I have no answer on where the items are. So another ANC policy take on by Takealot. All promises but no action. Order No. ***
