Takealot taking my joy

Sadly negative stars not available. You purchase a product and receive it a week later only to discover that it not as advertised nor for the correct model (bought sill protectors for my car). You then required to log a return, as I stay on a farm where they do not deliver, I have to drive 30km to drop off at the nearest collection point. This the same day they cancelled an order placed a week ago got cancelled. Surely after the first day of placing the order they would be made aware if the supplier would be able to fulfill order or not?

I requested interest to be paid on my funds they are holding, which got declined as it was against their policies... Maybe vetting a supplier should also be introduced as a policy and safeguard their regular customers (which i will no longer be)

Who is financially benefiting from the funds held by Takealot due them and their suppliers negligence?
