takealot taking my funds

Debiting me for inactive account, my account is LOCKED and they still debit me for takealotmore . i called many times and have many reference numbers only to get an email that says " please reset password "

i do that every day twice a day and nothing gets fixed. agents say that they will escalate and nothing happens. i created a new account with new email but they still debit me for the old inactive/locked account.
