Takealot taking more than alot of time to deliver

I bought a few things online without the option of collecting. Since the 6 of December I have been waiting for my delivery. Everyday I get a message to say its been rescheduled for the next day. On the weekend I received messages to say my order is on the way, once again between 8am and 5pm. No options for me to collect or schedule a delivery date. Weekend and time wasted sitting at home. I have been home now since last week Monday not being able to leave, because my order will be delivered today once again. After phoning multiple times and getting the same answer that they don't have a driver available to deliver my package. When I asked if I can collect they told me no. Who do I need to contact to get some real feedback. It's ridiculous and unacceptable the way that this matter has been delt with. I am tired to talk to people that can't help me and that needs to apologize every day with the same excuse of no driver available.
