TAKEALOT taking money but not delivering as PROMISED

Paid for next-day delivery as i wont be here the rest of the week only for the driver to say he tried to deliver and was unable to. I took off work, especially for this and they didn't deliver AND i paid extra for the next day !!!!

This is the problem with this country, we are meant to just accept things. M SORRY THIS IS NOT ON
