Takealot taking me for a ride for a laptop that is not working

I bought a laptop on the first of March from takealot. Now the laptop is not switching on and not charging. I went to takealot pick up point in Centurion mall the ladies was a big help but a consultant on the line from takealot very rude and couldn't help me. He informed me I should call Lenovo to get a code. Bear in mind my laptop in still under warranty. Why is takealot taking full responsibility for repairs of my device. I talked to a guy from Lenovo he told me to Google where partserve is again a rude male.
