Takealot taking me for a ride

So since Sunday I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Everyday its being delayed for some reason. I have been in contact with the following people on the phone and on email with dismal results.

They keep telling me the parcel will be delivered and yet it gets postponed. I was even at the departure point of Tekalot to ty and collect my parcel in person, but the staff and manager igonored me for over 2 hours while I was standing there waiting to be assisted. I honestly feel that Takealot is taking me for a ride and busy ******** me out of my money I paid for my order. I have been told so many different stories in regards to the reasons for the delay that I dont know what to believe anymore. I will be closing my account once my orders have been dealt with.
