Takealot taking lots of money from us

On December 1, 2023, I placed an order for two laptops and paid for it in full. A provisional delivery date was given as December 11. Afterwards, the date was changed to December 12. To my dismay, I didn't receive any notification on that date. After making enquiries, I found out that Takealot had cancelled my order without notifying me at all. This is bad business practice, because they took my order and also my money without delivering the goods. I'm sure that the rights of many people are being violated in this way.
