Takealot Taking long with incorrect items sent - Long waiting period

Very bad service, I ordered a harddrive from them, and they were very quick to deliver.

However I didn't receive the harddrive I have ordered. So now instead of waiting 3 days for my delivery, I have to wait so long. Takealot was always very efficient, but when it comes to returns there is no customer service.

If I knew this is how long it was going to take, I would have shopped somewhere else. Is takealot really worth using if this is the customer service you get for their mistake?
