TAKEALOT TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED

I bought a duvet inner sometime in October, I opened it yesterday 16.12.20 only to find it s not what I wanted. It is made from some plastic material it actually can do for a body bag. I logged a return @ 12.36. received a reply @ 12.36 stating it is not eligible for return. Now this inner is in the original packaging etc. Really Takealot! REALLY
