Takealot taking alot

I purchased this product, a Portable Lung Expansion & Mucus Relief CODP Breathing Aid, for my young daughters but its impossible for them to use. I see there's a smaller model, especially for children, but unfortunately not available on takealot. UPDATE. Tried to return this to takealot but they refuse to refund us for this item. In the case of small children this is false adverti*****t!! Nowhere on the takealot page does it mention that this is not suitable for small children. However when you open the product, the insert clearly states that it is not suitable for small children. (It says under 6 but quite honestly I can't see this working for any under 10 due to lung capacity) Once you open the product however you void getting a refund as it is deemed a hygene product. R600 wasted on a product that may be good for adults but not for small children. (Imagine purchasing an item that costs thousands.) From the insert I can tell that there is indeed a smaller model, however this is not available via takealot. Huge disappointment that takealot is unwilling to rectify something that is clearly their fault by not checking the advertising of their client seller. Why should I, the client, be penalized for something a multi-billion company couldn't advertise correctly??? This is a simple 'not as advertised' ****uation and I'm supposed to just accept?
