Takealot takes your money with no supply of goods

I processed a cancelation of an order to order a more expensive product from takealot however it has been 8days, and no credit has been passed to me by the company yet they have there product and no delivery was done to me the call center agents Thaahira, Renaldo Kelly and I could go on don't do their work and are not fit to be working there the agents are rude including Nomahulbi and some agents just cut the call because they simply are not interested in helping you, they take your money easily and after that it's a nightmare to get back what is yours no mangers assist and they just cut you off or keeping you holding the line for hours with no manager assistance, they hide behind inexperienced workers. I want my money back and once I receive my credit I will stop supporting your business and I will urge others to do so to this is not the first time I have experience such horrible service from this pathetic company
