takealot takes your money but doesnt give you the right products ordered

I logged a complaint that the wrong product was delivered to me, on the 21st of feb 2019, they responded by saying they investigating the matter , we had a few back and forth emails and then they said they will get back to me , this never happened , eventually now the 6t of march I asked for a refund as my case is not getting sorted out I do not mind if I can get the product I ordered but they failed to respond to me any more specifically MR Mihlali Zondeki (Takealot.com) who I messaged 6 of march last with no response from him who was handling the matter. you guys stuffed up and now I get cheated like this , give my money or send what I ordered !
