Takealot "takes your money and takes you for granted"

I bought a kids electric ATV from takealot for R4950.00 it only worked for 3 days. after it started not having power and making funny noise on the motor when you throttle. I logged a return with takealot a month ago everytime they are promise to collect they don't. It's been 4 weeks now even today they were suppose to send Skynet to pick up after I arranged for the pickup for the seventh time and called takealot during the day to confirm if they are collecting like I did many times before. To my surprise I come home and still find the ATV not collected. Those call centre people have probably been trained to lie as well.

I think takealot just sold me the reject product and them are not willing to collect it and refund me or give another that works. Takealot are ****** they know it's not easy to reach them as a online seller that is why they are tricking me everytime and clam to have told skynet but in really they know them are not going to collect it. Just simple no one comes.

Buying stuff from ************* online companies like takealot is risky, now my R4950 is gone my son does not have a ATV to play with after he felt such joy for 3 days now he is disappointed because his father has been *******.

Shame on you takealot, people be careful these takers.
