Takealot takes your money and doesnt deliver, service is horrible.

I have been ordering from Takelot for over 2 years religiously and accept for the poor service from Mr D I have always received my goods at least.

Last week I placed and order for 4 items that were on special, there is stock, but they delivered everything except 1 thing, I have called several times, I have sent plenty emails and NO ONE is getting back to me. I paid for the goods and they are just ignoring me. Khayakazi Sibaca is well aware of my complaint and is just not responding any of my complaints, I dont know what elso to do to get the goods I paid for.

This is theft. I am so disappointed in Takealot. I dont know what changed, but I would never recommend them ever again.
