TAKEALOT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND CANCELLS ORDERS

I tried to purchase a pool cleaner from Takealot on black Friday, i entered my card details and it said it was declined. I then used my husbands card and also received a payment declined message and the order was cancelled. Only to find that the funds went off his account and was paid to takealot. They will not refund me as they say they have note received any payment - after i sent them a bank statement proving the payment made to them.
