Takealot takes us for a gat

This is my second and last time buying at takealot as the experience I am having is **********. On the 16th I payed for a laptop, set of pots and a fitness tracker watch. Estimated delivery was for the 21st, the 21st of may has come and gone and as it is today I still do not have my package with me. I payed R7000 for that order and I had no hassles why are you guys now giving me problems now that you have my money? The worst part is the people that respond to your queries they all respond with canned responses and you can be sure they will tell you they will get back with feedback. Until today Dololo. As of now my parcel is 2 days late with no communication or hasnt even been rescheduled yet. Now what am I to do? I have made contact via email 4 TIMES!!! 4 TIMES ?? And the same response every single time. I am not impressed my order number is #***3 Takelot bring my order please or give me my money back, not credit my takealot account, give me my money bac****!
