Takealot takes too much!!

I ordered a parcel for my Daughter as a Christmas Gift. They charged me R160 for delivery. Get the parcel and the content is not complete. I then drove all the way to a drop off point for return. Now this item is out of stock! They refunded me ONLY for the order. Not the delivery. I ordered the a similar item again to find that i have to pay R25 ON TOP of their MISTAKE!!! So you make R185 out of me for your mistakes???? USELESS and cannot even bother respond on mails or Phone calls!!
