Takealot takes the cake ...

In brief, I returned an order. Takealot re-ordered the order I'd returned, instead of crediting me. I've had phone calls and emails about why I reply to their "how was our service" emails with "shocking, disgusting, appalling". 2 weeks, too many mails, too much wasted time, too little attention paid to what and where the problem is. Never again.
