Takealot takes service to the next level.

I recently bought a cellphone for my daughter from Takealot.com. My own cellphone has been giving me problems and I could not be the contact for the delivery guy. I emailed to just alert about the problem as we are in an outlying area and promptly got a response and reassurance that an alternative number would be added to the delivery note to alert the delivery guy. I sent the alternative number and received confirmation that all was set for the delivery the next day. The drop off was seamless, my daughter is extremely happy with her new phone. Takealot.com gave me excellent service and went beyond the call of duty in how my request was handled.
