Takealot takes payment and havent delivered

Ordered and paid for a parcel on 27th Nov. Was told it will be delivered on 29th. Havent received since, which has already been 2 weeks. If you are lucky to receive a reply the keep telling you that the delivery will be rerouted. Pathetic customer service.
