Takealot takes my own money to fob off their **** goodwill gesture

I ordered two items for a family member that they would need when they come out of hospital. Unfortunately they never survived and I requested a refund on the two items. The one item was refunded in full however the 2nd item was refunded in two parts due to a system error and on top of that i was short refunded with R90. Around the same time we placed these orders I also ordered 2x Brownie baking trays and after paying I found that Takealot had slipped me a R90.00 voucher. When I contacted Takealot....which is like finding a chicken with teeth, Zusiphe M assured me she would arrange a goodwill gesture for the miscommunication which I thought was great! Until......

Well instead of giving me a goodwill gesture Takealot took my own R90.00 that they short refunded me on my other order and gave that to me!!!
