Takealot takes my money but doesn't deliver 60% of order

I used to be a big supporter of Takealot as they made it quick and easy to get stuff not easily sourced in person. This weekend I ordered 5 different items from 5 suppliers, but then after a day I was notified that 3 of the items were not in stock and cancelled. This shows a systematic failure to communicate with suppliers and to manage relationships with suppliers. They should have penalties in place for suppliers who fail to deliver listed products. Note, the products do not have substitutes on Takealot, I can't just order something equivalent. My money is now tied up with Takealot, so they suffer no loss for their failure to deliver what I ordered.
