Takealot takes long.

Placed an order 9th September. Eventually I had to collect as they took so long. Missed 3 birthdays that I had ordered kids presents for. Do had to go buy from elsewhere. Now using that awful order experience for Xmas only to discover they still have not delivered the full order. This is not what I expected from. take a lot.... I thought you guys were good. 3 MONTHS.... Really? Please try and explain this. Just been told I have to wait 6 to 8 days.... No customer satisfaction here
