Takealot takes customers money and goods.

Poor after sales service and help. My ordered Product arrive opened in the box with content missing. The open product is masks. Which is very worrying as the product is now unhygienic and tampered with. I have emailed and emailed for more than a week now and no help. When writing a review on the takealot website it gets rejected. Could someone help with a regional managers number please.
