Takealot Takes alot from the customers, do not buy from them!!!

My return has been declined because Takealot felt that "I did not meat the return criteria". But I did not receive the watch charging cable nor the earpods. I am fed up with going up and down with them to convince them they did not send everything I paid for. Been going on for a couple of days now. The same answer evertime. How dissapointing because I am a very good customer that supports them more than once a month! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, THEY HAVE THE WATCH WHICH THEY CAN CLEARLY SEE WAS NOT EVEN OPENED/USED BECAUSE OF THE MISSING COMPONENTS.
