Takealot takes alot but gives nothing

1. First delivery man says I do not have your package another driver does he will be here in 10 minutes, the. Goes and cancels the delivery claiming I was not available for delivery. Ps I took a full day off for this. 2. Reschedule delivery with the call center and still has not arrived. Have paid someone to be there for delivery.
