TAKEALOT TAKES ALOT, BUT DOES NOT DELIVER PLUS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SERVICE

Horrible experience 😪 Ordered a gift for a farewell. Date was set, only thing is I'm still waiting and it's going on day 3. 😔 Never expected this level of service. After being a regular customer, all I wanted and asked for was eta on delivery. Not happy with TAKEALOT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. You take alot of money and don't cope with delivery. This is not cool!!! Improve your customer experience when you mess up...
