Takealot takes a lot of time?

I wanted to order a Andriod TV box from Takealot.com which was on sale but then saw they had a Unboxed deal were I can get it for R 954.00. Previously in the week I received a reminder that I had a "new User" coupon for R250 off my first purchase which would expire on the 30 June 2021. So I obviously tried to use the discount coupon when I tried to purchase the Unboxed deal (R954.00). I received an error though and contacted their Customer Service department immediately on Saturday (26/06/2021) after receiving error as the coupon was going to expire. A lady sent me a email from their Customer service department on Monday (28/06/2021). I explained to her what I tried to do and that It would allow me. I then saw that my Unboxed deal had been removed and it was now R 1199.00???

I am still waiting on a response and its Wednesday the 30 June 2021... I still don't have my order, my coupon is expiring and the price is now R 1299.00???

I dont know why they call it Customer Service?
