Takealot takes A LOT of time.

I bought a package from takealot on the 23rd of Dec 2017, its now 11 Dec 2017 and I have still not received it. I have phoned them 5 times to this day and spoken to several of their people who all assured me of A LOT of things. The delivery will be today sir etc etc. NOTHING!! Now this package as I explained to them and I am trying to get the recordings of the conversations, it was explained to them that I need it before 8 Dec because I am leaving on holiday and that the package is 2 Christmas gifts. Well now for the great part, 9 delay SMS's. Please view them as i will attach them all here. Just see the level of ridiculousness here!!
