TAKeALOT takes a lot of money from customers

This Business advertises products on their website. As a customer you can log on and select items and place them in your shopping basket. You can proceed to check out to confirm your order. If you do not pay for the items to get sent an email reminding you to do so. You pay for the items in the shopping basket and then you expect a delivery. Oh no! You start getting emails notifying you that items which you have already paid for are not in stock. Quick to take your money - Aha a light bulb moment - they are not called TAKEALOT for nothing. Take your for goods which are not actually available but you were able to order and pay for. Can this be legal ? is this not ***** ? How can they be allowed to continue doing this year after year ?
