Takealot takes A LOT of money from Consumers! No service!

I bought a product with a 2 year warranty. It stopped within 1 month from Installation. And 2 month from delivery on 12 December. Installation was delayed because of installer schedule and holidays. I queried Takealot to return, refund or replace product. Then I was told product was discontinued, no return possible. I will argue a product sold with 2 year warranty should be supported for 2 years at least!
