TakeALot takes a lot from you and never gives anything

I have never been so hurt. I pay for TakeALot more to pay R95 same day delivery fee, ontop of that they say a product is out of stock that everyone can see on the website and App is on stock they refund me from only that product but never gave me refund for other items on the same order. I spoke with a call centre agent and she says for the other items I need to wait 4 days to get my money. 💔😭😭😭 This broke my heart because I need my money today because I really needed the items I picked for my work today.
