Takealot takes A LOT

I am going to report Takealot to the National Consumer Commission, for accepting R387.00 for 20 disposable masks (usually priced at R5 each) before lockdown, and then Takealot told me I could not have them. Today, I get told I can order, but now it’s been removed from your shopping list. WHERE DID THEY GO ?? Never fear, I have the screenshot and proof of payment to your Takealot account, which I have yet to be offered a refund for. That is blatant THEFT as well as price gouging, as well as lying to me as a customer.

If you suspect price gouging, do not go to the police. Phone the National Consumer Commission instead, on *** You have failed to answer my questions, and refund me.
